Cranberry Township, PA: S.R. Snodgrass, P.C., a full-service accounting and consulting firm founded in 1946 known for its forward-thinking work with financial institutions, nonprofits, and other businesses, has announced the promotions of Lenore Seifer to Chief Operating Officer and Jeremy S. Burris to Chief Technology Officer. Both promotions represent the establishment of two new roles as part of the firm’s growing Leadership Group.
A member of the firm for more than 20 years, most recently serving as Human Resources Director, Ms. Seifer is actively involved with the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She served as president of the Association in 2022.
During the 2026 year, Lenore will transition her current role of Human Resource Director while assuming the day-to-day responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer, serving full time as the firm’s COO by the end of 2026. As COO, she will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the firm.
According to Ms. Seifer,

With the firm for more than 20 years, most recently as Principal and Director of Information Technology, Mr. Burris will continue to oversee the firm’s Information Technology Services in his new role as Chief Technology Officer, leading the development, implementation, and scaling of technology solutions that support the firm’s business goals.
