We are pleased to announce our recent implementation of Client Axcess
, a new client collaboration solution for exchanging files (portal). As a current portal user, much of the functionality in Client Axcess will be familiar to you. However, we think you will find the fresh, new interface easier to use on all your devices.
With an increasing number of our clients using online and mobile devices for speed and convenience, we have adopted Client Axcess to provide the swift service that you expect.
You can log in to Client Axcess
)immediately using your existing portal credentials (i.e., your Login ID/email address and existing password). If you don’t remember your portal password, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page to request a new password.
For your convenience, we’ve included a few resources to help you get started with your new portal:
- Client User Guide.
- After logging in to Client Axcess, there is a Help system that walks you through common scenarios, such as sending (uploading) or receiving (downloading) files. Click on your name in the upper-right corner and select Help from the menu. Please note, you may not have the ability to perform all functions listed.
- The portal link is displayed on our website’s homepage, www.srsnodgrass.com.
