Mike is a Principal with S.R. Snodgrass, A.C. and provides expertise to the Firm’s Consulting and Outsourcing Groups.  Mike’s professional accounting and financial management experience, including serving in executive management positions at SEC-reporting financial institutions, provides a strong foundation to serve and advise clients on significant organizational and technical matters. 

He has helped numerous entities improve their performance and profitability through refining board and management structures, implementing more efficient and targeted reports, strengthening strategic and capital plans, developing more disciplined financial and efficiency management processes, enhancing asset liability management processes and establishing enterprise risk management programs.

Mike is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.  He previously served the Pennsylvania Institute in key committee positions including a three-year term for the Committee on Ethics, and a four-year term including chairing the Committee on Internal Audit.  Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
