Nancy is a Principal with S.R. Snodgrass, A.C., with key responsibilities for the firm’s Financial Institutions Services Consulting Group. This group works with financial institutions to assess and measure current market trends and operating environments in order to create and implement innovative strategies and tactics.

Nancy also leads the Firm’s process improvement group, helping companies effectively execute their business strategies and achieve operational excellence. Nancy’s mission is to help financial clients develop effective business strategies to achieve the highest level of performance and profitability.

Prior to joining S.R. Snodgrass, Nancy was a vice president of a multi billion-dollar financial institution, leading the internal audit and compliance functions. Under Nancy’s leadership, these groups identified opportunities and implemented projects resulting in millions of dollars in incremental earnings.
