Jeff is a Principal with S.R. Snodgrass, A.C. in the Financial Institution Services Consulting Group.  Jeff has a very diverse background within the banking industry having served as a federal bank examiner and as Senior Vice President and CFO and Executive Vice President and COO at mid-sized community banks.  He has worked with numerous banks of all sizes and financial condition and is a frequent speaker at both banking and regulatory conferences.   Jeff specializes in asset/liability management, enterprise risk management, strategic planning, and process engineering.   He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with an MBA in Finance and International Business.  Jeff brings an analytic approach to consulting drawn from his vast exposure to banks of all sizes and hands-on experience in a senior management capacity.
