Snodgrass has extensive experience
working with Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") Reporting companies.
As members of the SEC Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountant, our Firm's Peer Review Process meets the most stringent criteria
for our practice before the SEC. We have been an integral part of our clients'
involvement with the SEC, assisting in the formation stage of developing holding
companies, public stock offerings, mergers and acquisitions of other reporting
and non-reporting companies, as well as assisting with the complete reporting
requirements to shareholders and the SEC, including the 'Edgarization' of all
filings.
We stay current on new SEC rules and regulations and work directly with clients
to coordinate the review of the quarterly 10-Qs and annual 10K reports. The Snodgrass
team will also review the document to determine whether the other information
provided in addition to the audited consolidated financial statements, or the
manner of its presentation, is consistent with the financial statements and related
disclosures. We also proactively advise clients of other reporting requirements
during the planning stages of critical future transactions and events.
