Snodgrass uses a multi-dimensional
approach to identify concrete, real-world profit enhancement opportunities for
institutions of all sizes. Applying our unique process, profit opportunities
are first identified, then defined, and quantified. From these opportunities,
projects are developed and assigned to specific individuals for implementation.
These profit projects are summarized in a "Profit Projects Overview Report" which
provides management with the critical implementation dates, expected first 12
months' additional profit, and regular updates on the current status of each
project.
We then follow through with the assigned profit teams, meeting periodically to
assist in the implementation process and ensure that the institution realizes
the projected benefits of the profit initiatives. In addition, we facilitate
a mid-point meeting after six months to share the successes achieved by the group,
deal with any difficulties encountered and document any new, high-value profit
opportunities that have been uncovered.
One of the most important outcomes of the profit improvement projects is embedding
an organic "profit culture" in the institution. The final step is to transition
the profit enhancement process leadership to a designated member of the management
team who is charged with initiating and implementing future profit improvement
projects on a continuous basis.
