Jack Salvetti has a rare combination of visionary consulting expertise supported
by a strong, practical financial background as a CPA. He works primarily with
Chief Executive Officers and Boards of Directors to help them understand and
define their business in ways that facilitate the development of plans that deliver
measurable results. Jack combines a deep understanding of the underlying financial
and non-financial drivers of bank profitability to develop proprietary Snodgrass
programs that help elevate clients to new levels of performance and value. He
has worked with a wide array of financial institutions over many years and achieved
a well-regarded track record of assisting clients to meet the challenges in their
industry.
Experience
Jack Salvetti is the managing director of the S.R. Snodgrass Financial Institution
Services Group. In this role he leads the Firm's Financial Services Consulting
Group in the areas of strategic planning, organizational design, profit enhancement,
and process improvement. The Financial Consulting Group works with financial
institutions to objectively assess and measure their current market and operating
environment to create and implement forward-looking strategies and tactics.
Jack has served on the faculties of the Bank Administration Institute, Robert
Morris University and Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking. He is recognized
nationally as an expert to the financial services industry. Jack has authored
several articles on bank-performance-related topics and is a frequent speaker
at financial management conferences.
